Kids Club Supervisor (Ras Al Khaimah)

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Kids Club Supervisor at Hilton, you will create memorable experiences for young guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while supporting the overall hospitality mission of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Kids Club, delivering safe and engaging activities for children.
• Plan and coordinate age‑appropriate recreational, educational and creative programmes.
• Register, check‑in/out and continuously supervise children, maintaining required supervision ratios.
• Ensure compliance with child‑safety, safeguarding, hygiene and security procedures.
• Coach and support Kids Club attendants and other recreation team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of toys, equipment and play areas, conducting regular safety checks.
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding activities, incidents and feedback.
• Prepare activity schedules, manage staffing coverage and assist the Recreation Manager with scheduling and inventory.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and creating a warm, welcoming environment for children.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, recreation, childcare, education or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation or hotel environment.
• Supervisory experience and strong understanding of child safety, hygiene and safeguarding practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children of diverse ages and cultures.
• Flexible availability to work weekends and public holidays.
