Kids For All Seasons Attendant

About the role

The Kids For All Seasons Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, engaging and well‑organized environment for children staying at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai. You will set up daily activities, supervise children throughout the day and ensure all safety procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Set up all equipment and supplies (audio‑visual, arts & crafts, books, etc.) before children arrive.
• Ensure parents complete required permission slips or waiver forms.
• Control and direct children throughout the day, maintaining safety and order.
• Keep all activity areas clean and organized, especially at the end of each day.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to deliver a seamless experience for families.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children.
• Creative, interactive and outgoing personality.
