Kindergarten & Lower Primary Teacher (British Curriculum)

About the role

Masterminds Early Learning Center is looking for an enthusiastic Kindergarten and Lower Primary Teacher to join its award‑winning team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering the British Curriculum / Key Stage 1 to children aged 4‑8 in a small‑group, developmentally appropriate setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, mathematics, phonics, reading, writing and knowledge‑rich topics.
• Differentiate instruction for small groups and individual learners to ensure strong academic progress.
• Create hands‑on, developmentally appropriate activities that foster curiosity, confidence and independent thinking.
• Track student progress through observation, formative assessment and written work.
• Support smooth transition from Kindergarten to lower primary expectations.
• Collaborate with specialist teachers and contribute to the centre’s proprietary teaching methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Kindergarten, Key Stage 1 or lower primary students.
• Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum and Key Stage 1 expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching qualification preferred.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with the ability to model high‑quality language.
• Warm, confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills.
• Open‑mindedness to learning and implementing Masterminds’ proprietary curriculum.
