Kindergarten Teacher – UAE (Female)

About the role

Our client is a reputable K-12 school group operating across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Mohammed Bin Zayed City. They are seeking a qualified female Kindergarten Teacher to join a 2‑3 year fixed‑term contract. The role involves delivering a high‑quality early‑years curriculum aligned with IB or AP programmes, depending on the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Kindergarten students, following the school’s curriculum framework.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to ensure continuity across the IB Primary Years Programme.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and IB training.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

Required profile

• Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (or a related subject) and a valid teaching license (preferred).
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate teaching experience in the subject area.
• Ability to provide verifiable references.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of early‑childhood pedagogy and IB/AP curriculum standards.
• Effective classroom management and lesson‑planning abilities.
