Kitchen and Laundry Technician – Resort IT Support

About the role

Join the Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort team to ensure seamless audio‑visual and IT experiences for guests and staff. You will be the go‑to professional for all equipment used in meetings, conferences and daily operations, maintaining high standards of functionality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for all audio‑visual and IT equipment, including PCs, laser projectors, audio speakers, TVs, DVD and CD‑ROM players.
• Anticipate guest and staff needs by preparing cables, adaptor plugs, projector screens and other peripherals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hardware, operating systems, application software and supporting tools.
• Advise the General Manager and Financial Controller on IT spend, upgrades and replacement cycles.
• Assist colleagues across all departments with any IT‑related issues.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hospitality team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and internal staff.
