Kitchen Artist (Chef De Partie)

About the role

The Kitchen Artist (Chef De Partie) will create and manage all artistic culinary presentations for parties, VIP functions and banquets at Atlantis The Palm Dubai. This role blends creative design with high‑level culinary execution in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute artwork for hotel events, including parties and VIP functions.
• Develop and maintain pricing structures for banquet sales and F&B decoration items, signage, designs, floor plans and back‑drafts.
• Support ice carving, vegetable carving, chocolate carving and cake painting projects.
• Collaborate with banquet and F&B teams to ensure seamless delivery of artistic concepts.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse clientele.
• Team‑player attitude with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Highly creative and innovative design mindset.
