Kitchen Steward – Hotel Opening Team

About the role

Join the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah as a Kitchen Steward. We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our new hotel. This role supports our Culinary and Food & Beverage operations by keeping kitchen areas, equipment and utensils clean, organized and ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware and work areas to required standards.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout kitchen and back‑of‑house areas.
• Handle waste according to hotel procedures.
• Assist with proper storage and organization of kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Hardworking, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, physically demanding environment.
• Strong team player who is reliable and responsible.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
