Kitchen Steward

About the role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a motivated Kitchen Steward to join the food‑and‑beverage team at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. The role is full‑time and involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean food‑processing facilities, storage rooms, walk‑in refrigerators, kitchen utensils, corridors and holding areas.
• Maintain and sanitize operational equipment used in food preparation.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow the duty schedule and work assigned shifts.
• Execute all stewarding tasks according to given instructions while minimizing waste, breakage and spoilage.

Required profile

• Vocational training in Food & Beverage or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Fluent command of English.
• Hands‑on, hardworking and able to adapt quickly in a busy setting.
• Ability to stay calm, focused and detail‑oriented under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, adaptability and customer‑focus mindset.
