Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

The Kitchen Supervisor leads the on‑site team during each shift, ensuring that food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience meet Tim Hortons standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for both team members and guests, handling operational issues and driving service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and on‑the‑job training.
• Address guest concerns promptly, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
• Maintain product presentation, stock levels, and merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Execute shift cash procedures, manage schedules, and ensure proper coverage.
• Enforce all store policies, including food safety, health & safety, and break regulations.
• Complete shift documentation such as waste records, store checklists, and manager walk‑throughs.
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and meeting performance targets.

• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and perform multiple roles during busy periods.
• Commitment to health, safety, and food‑service standards.
