Kitchen Technician – Western Restaurant Group

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Technician to support a group of Western‑style restaurants in Ras Al Khaimah. The role ensures all kitchen equipment runs smoothly, contributing to efficient service and a high‑quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ovens, mixers, grills, refrigeration units and other commercial kitchen equipment.
• Carry out regular inspections of tools and machinery to verify proper operation.
• Diagnose equipment faults and implement timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts and consumables.
• Document maintenance activities and keep accurate service records.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures while working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Technician or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of kitchen appliances efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work on weekends or holidays as needed.
• Current residence in the UAE.
