Korean Speaking Forex Sales Retention Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Korean‑speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, converting high‑quality leads into active traders, and driving revenue growth for our Forex and CFD products.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s FX and CFD products to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships to boost retention and account growth.
• Convert high‑quality leads into loyal trading clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay updated on financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Korean (spoken and written).
• Mandatory prior experience in the FX & CFD industry.
• Previous retention role within a Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking.
• Experience working with international brokerage teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms.
