Korean Speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

We are looking for a native Korean speaker to join our Dubai team as an FX Sales Conversion Agent. You will use consultative sales techniques to turn high‑quality leads into active Forex and CFD traders while delivering a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote our Forex and CFD products to prospective Korean‑speaking clients.
• Convert qualified leads into active trading accounts through effective sales conversations.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed on market trends, trading platforms and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Korean (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the Forex/CFD industry, preferably in conversion or retention sales.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using trading platforms.
