Korean‑Speaking Forex Sales Retention Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Korean‑speaking Forex Sales Retention Agent to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on promoting FX and CFD products, building long‑term client relationships, and driving retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships to drive retention and account growth.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active and loyal trading clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Korean (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in the FX & CFD industry, preferably in a retention role.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking.
• Good computer literacy, including CRM and office tools.
• Experience working with international brokerage teams.
