L2 CIAM Specialist

About the role

Ericsson is looking for an experienced L2 CIAM Specialist to join its Enterprise Applications team in Dubai. You will support critical CIAM platforms in a 24/7 production environment, ensuring high availability, performance and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production systems, act on incidents reported by L1 teams and coordinate with L3/vendor groups to restore services.
• Resolve trouble tickets, analyse logs (Splunk/ELK), and deploy change requests while following ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
• Collaborate with IT/network teams to address operational issues and respond to ad‑hoc requests from various stakeholders.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis discussions, provide feedback on solution deficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in CIAM and enterprise application support.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and operating ForgeRock CIAM and managing containerised stacks on Red Hat OpenShift.
