Lab Technician – Beverage Applications (Food Science)

About the role

As a Lab Technician in Beverage Applications, you will support ADM Nutrition’s beverage lab by creating and adapting flavor samples, managing customer projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and adapt beverage taste samples, incorporating ADM products to meet customer specifications.
• Release finished samples for customer sampling and feedback.
• Handle fine chemicals with disciplined laboratory practices.
• Coordinate customer projects, tracking deadlines, safety requirements, and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with development headquarters in Germany, other application labs, and commercial teams across EMEA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry or Pharmacy.
• First‑hand experience in product development or beverage application.
• Basic knowledge of beverage processing and ingredient interactions.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a dynamic, global environment.
