Labour Helper / Worker Assistant

About the role

FederalTec Technology LLC is hiring 30 labour helpers in Business Bay, Dubai, for hands-on, team-driven support work. The company describes itself as a technology business that values people who show up and contribute, and offers walk-in interviews Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily site and office operations, such as moving equipment and supplies and helping set up workstations and shared spaces.
• Assist with loading, unloading and organizing deliveries, keeping track of what comes in and where it goes.
• Help keep the workplace clean and safe, and report hazards.
• Carry out general physical tasks as directed by the supervisor, including lifting and shifting items.
• Be flexible and lend a hand across teams, sometimes in the warehouse and sometimes with the facilities team.

Required profile

• Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Basic English communication; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• A valid visa and the right to work in the UAE.
• Nice to have: prior experience in a similar labour or facilities support role, and a valid UAE driving licence.

• Salary of around 2,500 to 3,500 AED per month, depending on experience.
