About the role

Noatum Logistics is seeking a Land Freight Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of land freight activities within its Logistics Cluster. The role involves arranging vehicles, managing driver communications, and ensuring timely, cost‑effective deliveries across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange vehicles according to specifications and transportation needs.
• Inform drivers of tasks, provide accurate information, and follow up on reporting.
• Minimize vehicle idle time, increase trip frequency, and ensure timely driver incentives and job closures.
• Plan transportation routes, select transport modes, and track shipments.
• Collaborate with service providers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, working schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and follow up on deliveries.
• Renew driver and vehicle permissions and certifications as required.
• Maintain vehicle asset records, monitor fuel costs, and prepare movement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; logistics or business administration qualifications are a plus.
• 3‑4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Team‑player comfortable in a results‑oriented environment.
