Land Surveyor – Façade Projects

About the role

We are hiring a Land Surveyor with façade project experience to manage setting‑out, dimensional checks, alignment, and as‑built surveys for curtain wall, glazing, cladding and aluminium works.

Key responsibilities

• Perform setting‑out and survey control for façade installation works.
• Verify slab edges, openings, embeds, brackets, anchors, levels and grid lines against approved drawings.
• Check façade alignment, plumb, level, verticality, panel positioning and installation tolerances.
• Prepare survey reports, measurements and as‑built drawings.
• Coordinate site discrepancies with project, QA/QC, consultant and installation teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor on façade, curtain wall, glazing, cladding or aluminium projects.
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of façade setting‑out, brackets, anchors and dimensional control.
• Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level/Laser Level, AutoCAD and survey reporting.
