Laser Technician

About the role

Glow Aesthetic, a leading medical and dermatology clinic in Dubai, is seeking a full‑time Laser Technician to join its on‑site team. The successful candidate will deliver laser hair removal and other laser‑based skin treatments in line with clinic protocols and patient‑specific plans.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for laser procedures and operate laser equipment safely.
• Monitor treatment progress, document procedures accurately, and ensure equipment is calibrated, clean, and functional.
• Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care and maintain high standards of infection control.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and clinical staff to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Formal training or certification as a Laser Technician or in aesthetic medicine, meeting UAE regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with laser devices for aesthetic or dermatological treatments.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Tagalog are a plus.
