About the role

We are seeking a motivated Laundry Attendant to join the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will ensure that guests receive timely and high-quality laundry services, supporting the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

Follow all hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including flat irons, with care.
Feed food- and beverage-linen into the flat iron and manage its processing.
Fold bed sheets, towels and other linens according to hotel standards.
Adhere to fire and safety procedures at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

Vocational training in laundry operations.
Previous experience in a similar hotel laundry role.
Good command of English and a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
