Laundry Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Laundry Manager at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, a premier luxury hotel in Dubai’s business district.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and enforce Brand Standards, Quality Assurance Audits, and Service Delivery Standards within the Housekeeping Department.
• Maintain high personal appearance and hygiene standards according to Grooming Standards.
• Operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies regarding fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Provide training on chemical usage and keep records of equipment maintenance and malfunctions.
• Supervise guest laundry processes from collection to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Required profile

• Over 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality laundry operations.
• Strong leader with proven team‑management, coaching, and motivation skills.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized to maintain quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Problem‑solver with project‑coordination ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and committed to continuous improvement.
