About the role
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a clean room and a freshly made bed. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. The Laundry Presser/Laundry Valet plays a key part in delivering that experience by ensuring linens are properly pressed and presented.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly.
- Stock carts and supplies as needed.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to maintain hotel appearance.
- Press and fold linens to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
- Support overall cleanliness of the entire hotel.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Required profile
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality and professional appearance at all times.
- Be able to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
