Lawyer – Construction Experience Required

About the role

Abu Alnaga Group is looking for an experienced lawyer to provide legal support for its construction and development projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and advising project teams on contractual matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, including FIDIC, subcontract and consultancy agreements.
• Handle legal matters related to real estate development and construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government authorities.
• Manage disputes, claims, and arbitration arising from construction projects.
• Provide legal guidance to project teams and senior management.
• Liaise with external legal consultants and relevant government entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7‑10 years of experience in construction and real estate development legal work.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws and contract management.
• Proven experience handling disputes, arbitration, and claims.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
