Lead Analyst - Sector Domain (OT Cybersecurity)

About the role

The Lead Analyst for the OT Cybersecurity sector acts as the primary liaison between the OT Security Operations Center (SOC) and sector stakeholders. You will provide sector‑specific expertise, coordinate joint activities, and represent the OT SOC in customer and industry discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and share sector‑specific knowledge for incident response, threat hunting, and related activities.
• Coordinate mutual efforts and investigations between the OT SOC and sector teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and security teams.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of global and sector‑related cybersecurity risks, regulations, and standards.
• Support customers and internal teams with cybersecurity queries, questionnaires, and assessments.
• Represent the OT SOC as a thought leader in customer and sector discussions.
• Assess adherence to cybersecurity policies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to risk identification, management, and reduction initiatives.
• Drive internal cybersecurity awareness and training programs.

Required profile

• ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or GIAC certification.
• Sector‑related certifications are a plus.
• Strong people and process management abilities.
• Proven program‑management experience, including project initiation, scoping, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Good analytical, technical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and lead teams effectively.
