Lead Applied Value Engineer - AI and Process Intelligence Consultant

About the role

Celonis, the platform for industrializing Enterprise AI, is hiring a Lead Applied Value Engineer (AI and Process Intelligence Consultant) in Dubai. You will work with the company's most strategic global accounts, diagnosing their strategy and operational challenges to build tailored, domain-specific use cases. You will architect and prototype advanced AI solutions on the Celonis platform, demonstrate their business impact to C-suite executives and ensure successful implementation and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main Celonis product and domain expert, translating customer requirements into enterprise architecture and leading technical discovery.
• Architect, prototype and build bespoke AI solutions, including secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools and guardrails, integrated with enterprise data, identity and compliance frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects and act as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts until value, adoption and transformation goals are reached.
• Build industry-specific end-to-end solutions and turn them into reusable methodology and scalable assets, mentoring junior peers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of executive-facing presales and value engineering, owning the technical close and driving AI transformation narratives.
• Proven background in accountable PoV execution, ROI/TCO modeling and delivering projects to realized value.
• Deep knowledge of operational workflows and industries such as supply chain and finance, able to speak to C-suite executives.
• Masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Flawless English and strong presentation skills with executives.

Required skills

• Agentic AI: LLM orchestration, function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering.
• Math and operations research: optimization, statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, predictive forecasting.
• Production ML/LLMOps on AWS Bedrock, Azure AI and GCP Vertex AI.
• Python, API design, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Hugging Face.
• Secure cloud architecture with IAM, data governance and privacy compliance.
