About the role
Azizi is seeking a Lead Concept Architect to shape the architectural vision of luxury hotel developments. Reporting to the Head of Concepts, you will guide the design from the initial idea through the concept stage, creating distinctive experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design development of hospitality projects, from concept to execution.
- Create and present innovative design concepts that enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure design goals are met.
- Oversee the integration of design elements with operational requirements and brand identity.
- Utilize BIM and AutoCAD to develop detailed design plans and ensure accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Extensive experience in hospitality design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in BIM and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Strong creative vision and problem‑solving skills.
