Lead Consultant – Client Success (Cybersecurity)

About the role

As a Lead Consultant for Client Success, you will act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, guiding a portfolio of managed security services clients toward achieving their security objectives. You will bridge client stakeholders and MSSP delivery teams, ensuring service performance aligns with business priorities and operational expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, building trusted ties with security leaders, SOC managers, IT leadership, and executive sponsors.
• Lead operational service reviews, governance meetings and executive steering committees, presenting performance metrics, risks and improvement initiatives.
• Provide advisory guidance across SOC, SIEM, MDR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Exposure Management and Incident Response, translating technical outcomes into business‑relevant insights.
• Act as escalation point for complex service issues, coordinating incident communications and resolution across multiple teams.
• Analyze service performance and incident trends to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within managed security services, technical account management or SOC leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• CISSP certification or equivalent recognized industry certifications.
