Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials & Procurement (Functional)

About the role

Teamware Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials & Procurement (Functional) with strong hands‑on expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules. The role will own the functional stream of a large‑scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP program, covering the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Own functional design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement, ensuring business sign‑off.
• Lead workshops, process walkthroughs and design reviews with finance and procurement stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations, extensions, reports and data loads, validating technical outputs.
• Support migration initiatives from Oracle EBS/eBiz to Fusion Cloud, including FBDI data conversion and reconciliation.
• Drive cutover, go‑live, hypercare and post‑implementation stabilization activities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of Oracle Fusion functional consulting experience, including at least two end‑to‑end implementations.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS/eBiz to Fusion Cloud migrations and FBDI‑based data migration validation.
• Strong production support background with incident triage, RCA and SLA‑driven resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field; Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
