Lead Consultant – Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to design, configure, test and deploy Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions for clients in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, procurement teams and technical specialists to drive best‑practice implementations and optimise end‑to‑end procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and document current procurement processes.
• Perform fit‑gap analysis and propose Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud best‑practice solutions.
• Configure modules such as Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal and Procurement Contracts.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, business process flows and solution design documentation.
• Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cut‑over planning and go‑live readiness assessments.
• Provide hyper‑care support, post‑implementation monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Act as a thought leader and advisor during architecture and design reviews, and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of functional consulting experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong business process knowledge in procurement, sourcing and supplier management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
