Lead Creative Specialist – NEO (Retail Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Lead Creative Specialist to join Mashreq's UAE Retail Marketing team. You will work closely with the marketing team to conceive and deliver innovative visual concepts for Mashreq NEO campaigns, promotional activities, and communications across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh creative ideas aligned with business objectives.
• Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, emails, mobile notifications, and other marketing materials.
• Adapt and optimise designs for various digital and print formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner with product and marketing managers to understand requirements and deliver on‑time solutions.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Craft concise written copy (headlines, taglines, captions) that complements visual designs.
• Leverage AI‑based image, video, and text generation tools to accelerate creative production and improve quality.
• Ensure all outputs comply with retail banking regulations and Mashreq NEO brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating visual concepts for retail banking or similar financial services.
• Strong understanding of brand integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
• Ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual and written content.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
