About the role

As a Lead Data Architect at Searce, you will be the technically accountable, outcome‑delivering forward‑deployed solver shaping AI‑powered transformations for clients. You will own the end‑to‑end design and execution of scalable data products, turning chaotic data into high‑velocity business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of technical data solutions that directly fuel client revenue and success, from strategy to production.
• Architect and deliver AI‑native, cloud‑forward data products, leveraging GCP, AWS, Azure and modern data‑stack ISVs.
• Lead discovery workshops, translate ambiguous business problems into high‑velocity data engineering solutions.
• Mentor and guide data engineers, fostering a culture of extreme ownership and continuous learning.
• Drive technical alliances with hyperscalers and AI platforms to unlock cutting‑edge pipeline and storage capabilities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level data architect with a consultative mindset and strong client‑facing experience.
• Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) who thrives on building scalable data products and taking full accountability for outcomes.
• Passionate about process‑first, AI‑native solutions and comfortable questioning the status quo.
• Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure.
• Strong background in modern data stack technologies and AI platforms.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large‑scale data pipelines and lakehouse architectures.
• Hands‑on knowledge of DataOps, GenAI, and process‑driven data engineering methodologies.
