Lead Developer – Java (NextJs/.Net/SQL/Splunk) – Dubai

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Technology Lead who will drive the design, development and delivery of high‑performance applications for its airport team in Dubai. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high‑level design artifacts and detailed technical specifications.
• Develop, test and deliver high‑quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation activities across unit, integration and system testing.
• Support incident management and provide on‑call support outside regular hours.
• Document data pipelines, processes and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers and improve team productivity.
