Lead Digital Solutions Engineer

About the role

Emagine Solutions Technology is seeking a Lead Digital Solutions Engineer to own integration strategy across pre‑sales and programme delivery. You will work closely with sales, programme, product, service and partner teams to design and implement secure, scalable integrations within customer ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical integration lead for bids, tenders and customer pursuits, partnering with sales to qualify requirements and identify integration opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, translate requirements into high‑level integration architectures and solution concepts, and produce network and concept diagrams.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, programme and service teams to ensure solutions are feasible, supportable and aligned with roadmaps.
• Support programme teams by finalising scope, integration documentation and deployment prerequisites, and resolve integration‑related issues during delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong experience in solution design and systems integration within enterprise or operational IT environments.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex integration topics to mixed audiences.
• Experience working with sales teams and customers across the full lifecycle (pre‑sales and delivery).
