About the role
Penspen is seeking a Lead Engineer – Civil (Building) to act as the technical authority for structural works on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing design, construction and ensuring compliance for building projects within the oil and gas processing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for all civil/structural design and construction activities.
- Ensure designs comply with international codes and project specifications.
- Supervise site works and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in Civil or related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 18 years of experience, including at least 10 years on mega oil and gas processing projects.
- Significant UAE/GCC experience; ADNOC experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and FEM design tools.
- Strong knowledge of BS, Eurocodes and API standards.
