Lead Flutter Engineer

About the role

A tech company building product engineering across Fintech, iGaming and Marketing is looking for a Lead Flutter Engineer to shape and scale high-performance mobile applications from the ground up. The role offers architectural autonomy, leadership of the mobile team and direct influence on core platform components. The position is on-site with relocation to Ras Al Khaimah (UAE).

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team so that goals are met.
• Make architectural decisions, maintain the current app portfolio and help move toward a new architecture.
• Champion testability across the codebase and take part in architecture-level decisions.
• Take part in technical grooming, sprint planning and estimation sessions.
• Improve engineering processes, workflows and product quality, and mentor team members through code review, feedback and coaching.
• Support and improve product documentation.

Required profile

• Experience leading a development team or holding a senior role with team responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• 5+ years of hands-on mobile development (Android or iOS), with at least 4+ years of dedicated Flutter development and a track record of launching apps in the App Store or Google Play.

Required skills

• Dart, including Dart streams / RxDart, and OOP and SOLID principles.
• Mobile architecture, RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Nice to have: Kotlin, Java or Swift; CI/CD pipelines; unit and functional testing.
