Lead Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Lawyer to own client matters, provide strategic legal guidance, and nurture long‑term relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in direct client interaction, from initial consultations through full case management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to identify legal needs.
• Deliver clear, practical advice and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Independently manage legal matters, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, agreements, pleadings, notices, and correspondence.
• Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and relevant proceedings.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Identify legal risks and propose effective solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of professional legal experience, preferably in a law firm or consultancy.
• Proven track record in direct client handling and consultations.
• Expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law, with experience in complex transactions and negotiations.
• Ability to manage legal matters independently.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
