Lead Massage Therapist - Spa Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist to head its Spa Operations team. The role involves delivering premium massage and body treatments while ensuring a personalized, therapeutic experience for each guest in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a variety of professional massage and body treatments tailored to guests’ needs.
• Supervise and support massage therapists, maintaining consistent service quality and spa protocols.
• Conduct training sessions on techniques, guest service standards, and product knowledge.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of massage therapy staff.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well‑stocked, and prepared for services.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies used in massage therapy.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards across all operations.
• Collaborate with spa management to develop new treatment offerings and wellness programs.

Required profile

• Certified and licensed massage therapist with advanced training in multiple modalities.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and guest‑service orientation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
