Lead OB/GYN Consultant – Dubai Women’s Health Center

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, American Board‑certified OB/GYN consultant to lead our women’s health services in a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Dubai. The role combines clinical excellence with mentorship of junior staff, ensuring high‑quality, compassionate care for women across all life stages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine check‑ups, prenatal monitoring, ultrasounds, genetic counseling, and management of conditions such as endometriosis and pelvic pain.
• Perform deliveries, Caesarean sections, and post‑natal care, as well as complex gynecologic surgeries when required.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and fertility options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care and stay current with medical advancements through continuous education.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited university and American Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Minimum 7 years of consultant‑level OB/GYN experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE or GCC region.
• Valid DHA or MOH license for a Consultant OB/GYN.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong patient‑centered ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ultrasound imaging and interpretation.
• Expertise in surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and open gynecologic surgery.
• Ability to manage high‑risk pregnancies and perform Caesarean deliveries.
