Lead Planning Engineer

About the role

The Lead Planning Engineer will develop and manage work programmes for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers and contractors, monitor progress, and provide detailed reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender, clause‑14 and resource histograms, and review them with the Planning Manager.
• Coordinate information among stakeholders to monitor deliverables against the programme.
• Record progress, adjust forecasts, and generate variation and progress reports.
• Produce consolidated cash‑flows, S‑curves, look‑ahead schedules, dashboards and manpower projections.
• Manage claim processes, issue delay notifications and perform delay analysis (EOT) with time and cost impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fit‑out or main contracting environments.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
• Strong presentation and client‑facing skills.
