Lead Product Designer – Platform

About the role

Momentum, the UAE’s leading regulated commercial gaming operator, is looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the core platform experiences that power all Fanatics Momentum products. You will simplify complex, regulated journeys—such as identity verification and payments—into intuitive, trustworthy experiences across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end registration, onboarding and identity management flows.
• Create seamless KYC, verification and wallet experiences for deposits and withdrawals.
• Define loyalty, rewards and personalisation surfaces that drive engagement.
• Establish shared platform patterns and design standards used across multiple products.
• Conduct research, rapid prototyping and validation to iterate on high‑impact journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product design experience on complex consumer digital products.
• Proven background designing for fintech, payments, marketplaces or other regulated consumer services.
• Strong interaction‑design and systems‑thinking abilities to simplify intricate requirements.
• Extensive experience in user research, prototyping and validation methodologies.
• Track record of working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, compliance and operations.
• Experience building shared design systems and reusable patterns across multiple journeys.
