Lead Services Solution Consultant - Digital Operations

About the role

OpenText Professional Services is looking for a Lead Services Solution Consultant in Dubai to grow its Digital Operations services business and support the sale of complex transformation programs. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers modernize service management, automate operations and turn technology investments into measurable results. The role combines business consulting, solution architecture, executive engagement and services sales leadership, working with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Solution Consultants, Enterprise Architects, Practice Managers and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on ITSM, ESM, ITOM and AI-driven service transformation, and engage CIOs, CXOs, IT Directors and architects to build trusted relationships
• Lead executive workshops, Digital Operations assessments and maturity evaluations, and develop business cases and transformation roadmaps
• Own the Professional Services solution strategy for Digital Operations opportunities and demonstrate expertise in OpenText SMAX, AMX, UCMDB, Operations Orchestration, Operations Bridge, OPTIC and Aviator AI
• Shape solutions across ITSM, ESM, IT asset management, CMDB, discovery, service mapping, event management, observability, workflow automation, AIOps and generative AI
• Develop migration approaches such as SMAX on-premises to SaaS, CMDB transformation and ITOM adoption
• Build and execute services business plans, lead proposals, Statements of Work and value propositions, and drive opportunities from discovery through contract closure
• Monitor pipeline performance, forecast bookings and revenue, ensure handover to delivery teams and identify expansion opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, solution architecture or presales focused on Digital Operations and IT transformation
• Proven experience supporting large enterprise and public-sector transformation programs
• Fluency in English; Arabic highly desirable

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with OpenText SMAX, AMX and UCMDB
• Good knowledge of OpenText ITOM solutions (Operations Bridge, Operations Orchestration, OPTIC, AIOps)
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management best practices
• Understanding of consulting engagement economics, effort estimation and revenue forecasting
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, IT4IT, ISO 20000 and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Preferred: ITIL Foundation or higher, OpenText certifications, multi-country Middle East consulting experience, and experience with ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Ivanti, ManageEngine or Jira Service Management
