Lead Sports Science Educator & Experience Lead

About the role

The Lead Sports Science Educator & Experience Lead is a dynamic, full‑time hybrid position based in Dubai. You will be the public‑facing scientific voice of P4‑ML, designing and delivering evidence‑based sports science education programmes for students, community groups, athletes and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver interactive sports science and wellness education programmes for public activations, schools and university partnerships.
• Translate complex exercise physiology, biomechanics and recovery science into engaging, easy‑to‑understand demonstrations for non‑specialist audiences.
• Lead live workshops, main‑stage presentations and interactive experiential learning zones.
• Collaborate with content and media teams to ensure scientific accuracy and brand alignment of all public‑facing materials.
• Oversee safe and hygienic operation of interactive wellness demonstration equipment such as recovery technology and mobility tools.
• Evaluate participant feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve the educational experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher status or equivalent teaching/facilitation certification.
• Strong foundation in biology, physics and mathematics as applied to human movement and performance.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sports science, exercise physiology or human performance, with proven public communication ability.
• Proficiency in curriculum design, lesson planning and learner‑centred educational experiences.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for multicultural audiences, preferably with UAE/Middle East experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple live‑event initiatives.
