Lead Static Engineer (PMC)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Lead Static Engineer with a proven track record in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of static equipment, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance for a high‑profile client. The role involves technical leadership on mechanical static equipment design, coordination with EPC contractors and ADNOC, and ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in all mechanical static equipment design.
• Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate, monitor and manage static equipment design and engineering with the EPC contractor.
• Work with discipline engineers, EPC contractor, and ADNOC teams to resolve technical issues and maintain quality.
• Perform regular technical reviews of mechanical static engineering deliverables from consultants and contractors.
• Support installation, pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities and report to ADNOC discipline team.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of international engineering codes and standards.
• Proficiency with engineering computer programs and general business software.
