Lead System Administrator – Infrastructure

About the role

The Lead System Administrator will oversee the full spectrum of R&B Fashion's enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise compute, virtualization, storage, and network services, driving lifecycle upgrades and optimization.
• Administer identity, authentication, directory services, and core Windows infrastructure, enforcing access controls and policies.
• Oversee patch management, vulnerability remediation, proactive monitoring, and security hardening.
• Lead backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing recovery objectives and resilience.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure and OCI cloud services, monitoring performance, capacity and security while guiding migration and modernization projects.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support, incident, problem and change management, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Identify automation and standardization opportunities, maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3–5 years in a senior/lead administration role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server/Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365/Security, Azure or OCI cloud certifications.
