Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst – Red Cell (Wargaming)

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst to head a new Red Cell wargaming team in Abu Dhabi. The role combines advanced modeling, simulation and analysis with direct customer training and product iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, iterate, and support Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&SA) for Anduril products, including wargaming and experimentation.
• Develop and run training scenarios using Anduril’s Lattice Mission Simulation platform.
• Lead an agile team of wargaming analysts and own the new simulation centre in the UAE.
• Translate operational needs into system architecture, performance trade‑offs and mission‑level outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure solutions meet real‑world requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a warfighting or systems analyst in defense or related high‑tech environments.
• Ability to reason across military operations and technical system design.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating performance trade‑offs.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi after an initial period in London.
