Leader of Learning – English (Remote, UAE)

About the role

InterHigh Education is seeking a Leader of Learning for English to join its online school. The position is remote, based in the United Arab Emirates, and involves teaching English up to Year 13 for students across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, motivate and deliver purposeful English subject knowledge to students.
• Prioritise quality in all teaching activities and assessments.
• Support the school’s self‑evaluation processes and help set improvement priorities.
• Contribute to maintaining a high‑quality learning environment and act as a professional role model.

Required profile

• Qualified English teacher able to teach up to Year 13.
• Based in the UAE or with prior living experience in the region.
• Comfortable delivering live lessons from 5 am to 1:30 pm UAE time (flexible timetable).
