Learning Associate – Training & Development

About the role

The Learning Associate (Trainer) coordinates and delivers training across all process paths in Amazon’s Fulfillment Center in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure new hires and existing staff receive effective instruction, coaching, and feedback that drives productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute instructor‑led training sessions for new hires and peer trainers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training records and ensure compliance with AMET standards.
• Observe and coach instructors, providing feedback to improve delivery and learner performance.
• Analyze daily training data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Organise cross‑training assignments to meet peak skill requirements.
• Collaborate with operations on skill matrices and support recruitment of instructors.
• Participate in AMET projects, delivering feedback and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and shift patterns.
• Ability to act as a supervisor for instructors and peer trainers.
• Strong attention to detail and data‑driven mindset.
