Learning & Development Business Partner

About the role

As a Learning & Development Business Partner you will work closely with business leaders to identify leadership and behavioural development needs, design tailored learning solutions and deliver programmes that drive organisational performance across ALEC Holdings.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders to identify leadership and behavioural development needs.
• Design and deliver tailored learning solutions, workshops and interventions.
• Facilitate leadership training and behavioural development programmes.
• Partner with People & Culture teams to support succession planning and leadership readiness.
• Monitor learning effectiveness through feedback, evaluation and analytics.
• Promote digital and blended learning methods for wider accessibility.
• Maintain knowledge of external L&D best practices and integrate innovations.
• Manage resources, implement strategies and lead continuous‑improvement projects.
• Promote ESG practices and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, ATD or equivalent.
• Proven ability to design and deliver leadership development programmes.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning platforms.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Blended learning design.
