Learning & Development Coordinator

About the role

The Learning & Development Coordinator will design, deliver and manage training programmes for hotel staff, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences that support Hilton’s hospitality standards. You will work closely with line managers, HR and the Training Manager to identify needs and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the in‑house training plan by coordinating and delivering engaging, high‑quality programmes aligned with hotel priorities.
• Identify and support training needs through partnership with line managers, department heads, HR and the Training Manager, implementing learning initiatives and reviewing progress monthly.
• Administer required training courses, coordinating legal, compliance and vocational qualification programmes to ensure employees meet standards.
• Lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, review needs and ensure consistent delivery across the hotel.
• Support and develop team members by monitoring performance, providing coaching and fostering a positive training environment.
