Learning & Development Specialist – Digital & Operations (Retail & Corporate)

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will bring learning to life through engaging digital content, creative campaigns, and compelling presentations. The role manages learning operations, ensuring a seamless learner experience while driving engagement across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and training needs into annual and monthly learning plans aligned with regional priorities and service level agreements.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of classroom, virtual, blended and self‑learning solutions, ensuring facilitators and resources are ready.
• Maintain a pool of facilitators and learning buddies and monitor their availability.
• Ensure learning activities are communicated, scheduled and deployed on time across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Support mandatory compliance training, behavioral development programs and regional learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with store management, HR business partners and subject‑matter experts to achieve stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Experience in learning and development, preferably within retail or corporate environments.
• Strong planning and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑national organization.

Required skills

• Knowledge of learning delivery methods (classroom, virtual, blended, self‑learning).
• Familiarity with learning management systems or digital content creation tools.
